Buddo Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Buddo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Buddo may ask you to review and accept these terms before using certain features, including posting content.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you. If you use Buddo on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.

3. Account and profile

Some features may require an account, including posting videos, editing your profile, viewing your videos, managing blocked users, and deleting your account. You are responsible for the activity associated with your account and for keeping your account information accurate.

You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or use another person's image, name, or work in a misleading way.

4. User content

Buddo allows users to post makeup-related videos, descriptions, tags, comments, profile details, and similar content. You keep ownership of content you create, but you give Buddo permission to display and operate that content inside the app.

• You must have the rights needed to upload or post your content.
• Your content must be lawful and must not infringe another person's rights.
• You are responsible for the makeup, beauty, health, or styling choices you make based on content you view.
• Buddo may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or community rules.

5. Community rules

Buddo is designed for makeup inspiration, short tutorials, creator discovery, and respectful community interaction. Do not use Buddo to post, request, promote, or distribute:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
• Sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, or content that endangers minors.
• Illegal content, instructions for illegal acts, or content that promotes serious harm.
• Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or dangerous challenges.
• Spam, scams, deceptive engagement, malware, or attempts to interfere with the app.
• Content that falsely claims medical, cosmetic, or safety outcomes without appropriate support.

Buddo has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account deletion, or other enforcement.

6. Reporting and blocking

Buddo includes controls to report posts and block users. Reports help identify content or behavior that may violate these terms. Blocking helps you limit interactions with users you do not want to see.

We may review reports and take action where appropriate, including hiding content, removing content, restricting accounts, or terminating access.

7. Coins and in-app purchases

Where available, Buddo may offer coins or related in-app purchase features through Apple's in-app purchase system. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms, refund rules, and purchase controls.

Coins and related app features do not represent cash, cannot be transferred outside Buddo, and may be used only for features that are available in the app at the time of use.

8. Service changes and availability

Buddo may change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We try to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, or unchanged.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Buddo is provided for makeup inspiration, creator discovery, and community interaction. Content in the app is not professional medical, dermatology, product safety, or cosmetic advice. Use your own judgment and follow product instructions when trying any look or technique.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buddo is provided "as is" and without warranties that are not required by law.
